Customer Care

I take pride in each and every product I sell and customer that I service. For any questions or feedback please feel free to leave a message in the contact section and we will get back with you within 48 hours. Each sale is non-refundable and non-returnable. Exchanges for a different size of the exact same item  (if available) are allowed within 7 business days of receiving your item. Item must be unworn. You will be charged an exchange re-shipping fee via email. Once fee is paid your return will be processed. 

 

Each makeup service requires a non-refundable 20$ deposit to ensure the date and time of your appointment is booked. Please reschedule and cancel prior to 24 hours of your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled appointment without letting me know, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged the remainder of the service amount. If you are running late due to reasons outside of your control, please call or text and your appointment will be held within a reasonable time frame. 

Shipping

All items are sent via USPS Priority Mail. Standard Priority is 3-5 business days.Express Shipping is 1-3 business days, depending on your area. Shipping within the United States only at this time. Once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the package. USPS is responsible and any other questions or concerns should be through them (1-800-275-8777).


Privacy Policy

This is a secure website. All customer information is protected using PayPal and major credit card carriers to verify each payment. A confirmation e-mail will be sent after each purchase to ensure that the customers order was received and is being processed successfully.
